Rebuild the man first.

Men From Scratch is a private group for men going through a divorce, a breakup, or a relationship they can’t get out of.

You get 7 rules, 1 daily standard, and a group of men who show up.

This is for you if you’re starting over and you’re tired of doing it alone.

Men From Scratch is for you if you’re divorced, you’re going through a divorce right now, or you’re coming out of a really bad breakup. It’s also for you if you’re stuck in a relationship with no way out and you don’t know how to leave.

A man in his 40s coming out of a divorce and a man in his 20s coming out of a breakup are both starting from scratch. They are standing on the same ground.

It’s not for you if you want somebody to tell you it’s all her fault. There are plenty of places for that, and they’ll keep you exactly where you are. It’s not for you if you tear down women, and it’s not for you if you want somebody else to do the work for you.

Here is what happens inside.

On day 1, you do the goal setting worksheet from my book. It sets a 90 day target, and every man does the same one.

Then a stack adds 1 promise a week and never drops one.

  • In week 1, you make your bed every morning.
  • In week 2, you keep making the bed and you do 10 push-ups the second you get up.
  • In week 3, you add 3 things you’re grateful for, on paper, before you touch your phone.
  • In week 4, you add reaching out to 1 man in the group every day.

The standard is small on purpose. A man can make a bed on the worst day of his life.

Every man posts every day in 1 pinned thread, kept or missed. It takes 30 seconds, and it goes in writing where every other man can see it. That’s the accountability. Nobody chases anybody, because I’m nobody’s keeper.

I run weekly Q&As. You bring the thing that’s about to make you break a rule, like a text you want to fire back or a court date coming up. We work it against the 7 Rules of Engagement before you do anything, with the room watching.

The 7 Rules of Engagement are my rules for not handing the other side ammunition while a divorce or a breakup is trying to take you apart. You get all 7 free in the video.

And you get a group of men going through the same thing you are, sharing what’s working and holding you to what you said you’d do. It’s a place to grow as a man, to share resources, and to help all of us build up and move forward.

These are the rules, and you read them before you pay.

  1. It’s not therapy. If you need a therapist, go get one, and you can still be in the group.
  2. What gets said in the group stays in the group.
  3. You can say whatever you want about your own ex, but her name, her picture, and her messages never go in the group.
  4. Nobody gets to tear down women in general.
  5. Every man posts his check-in every day and shows up to the weekly Q&As.

You pay, you answer, and then I decide.

Hit Join, put your card in, and answer 3 questions. Each answer takes at least 50 words, because I want to hear from a man who’s serious and not somebody clicking buttons.

I read every one myself, and never later than 48 hours after you join. If you’re a fit, you’re in, you do the worksheet that day, and your bed’s made the next morning. If you’re not, you’re out, you get your $30 back, and I tell you why.

It’s $30 a month, which is about $1 a day.

There’s no free trial, because when a man pays for something, he shows up for it. The men who do show up deserve to know the man next to them has skin in the game.

The whole group is built on my book.

The group is built on my first book, which is written for men going through this. Everything in the book gets taught inside the room. On launch day, every member gets the book free.

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. If you need a therapist, go get one. You can still be in the group.

Do I have to be divorced?

No. The group is also for men coming out of a breakup and men stuck in a relationship they want out of.

Are you going to chase me if I go quiet?

No. I’m nobody’s keeper and I’m not a nanny. A man who pays and never posts is his own business.

What if I don’t get in?

You get your $30 back, and I tell you why.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The group is month to month, and you cancel inside Skool.

Where does the group live?

On Skool. The Join button takes you there.

Are you opposed to 10 minutes to find out?

If you don’t join, I’m still rooting for you, man. Keep the 7 rules, and keep them on the fridge. If you want a group of men in your corner, hit Join.
